Answering the call of anglers in both fresh and salt waters, all-new LUNEX 300 casting reels represent the culmination of three years research and development. Designed and tested in Park Falls, Wisconsin, LUNEX isolates its TruTorque precision gearing with a rigid Alu Chassis body and doubles down on smooth operation with 10+1 premium TIII stainless-steel bearings. Other angler-friendly features include a Carbon Glyde drag with up to 33 pounds of lockdown, a thick, 105mm carbon fiber handle, and a micro-adjustable magnetic casting brake. Weighing in at just 9.3 ounces, four 300-size LUNEX casting models are available in 6.3:1 and 7.1:1 gear ratios with right or left retrieve. Designed & tested in Park Falls, Wisconsin, USA.
ALU CHASSIS BODY
LUNEX reels are crafted on a robust & lightweight one-piece aluminum frame. Combining extreme strength with maximum rigidity, the one-piece Alu Chassis works with an aluminum gear-side plate to isolate gears and eliminate flex that leads to premature wear and reel failure.
TIII (TRIPLE THREAT) BEARINGS
The LUNEX 10+1 bearing system utilizes premium-quality Japanese spool bearings, often added by anglers as an aftermarket upgrade on other reels, to support maximum casting distance, smooth longevity, and worry-free operation.
CARBON-GLYDE DRAG
Friction washers in the LUNEX drag are made from woven carbon fiber, virtually impervious to wear, mated to stainless steel washers providing drag lockdown up to 33 lbs. while remaining silky-smooth.
TRUTORQUE PRECISION GEARING
LUNEX reels are built with oversized brass drive gears and hard-brass pinion gears for maximum longevity and exceptional feel while fighting big fish and retrieving large, water-resistant lures.
