All-new VELTRIX casting reels offer anglers an evolution of proven SEVIIN casting-reel design at an attainable price point. VELTRIX delivers pure and worry-free casting and fishing enjoyment, fueled by TIII 6+1 stainless steel bearings with premium Japanese spool bearings, a stiff and durable Graphite Chassis, TruTorque precision gearing, thick 95mm carbon fiber handle, micro-adjustable magnetic casting brake, and SEVIIN’s renowned Carbon Glyde Drag with audible outgoing click. Four 100-size VELTRIX casting models are available in 8.1:1 and 7.3:1 gear ratios with right or left retrieve.
TIII (TRIPLE THREAT) BEARINGS
The VELTRIX’s 6+1 bearing system utilizes premium-quality Japanese spool bearings, often added by anglers as an aftermarket upgrade on other reels, to support maximum casting distance, smooth longevity, and worry-free operation.
CARBON GLYDE DRAG
Friction washers in the VELTRIX drag are made from woven carbon fiber, virtually impervious to wear, mated to stainless steel washers providing drag lockdown up to 12 lbs. while remaining silky-smooth.
CARBON FIBER HANDLE
An ultra-light, one-piece, carbon fiber handle provides extreme strength under the heaviest cranking conditions. A swept design puts the handle paddles closer to the reel’s center line, resulting in less torque under load
TRUTORQUE PRECISION GEARING
VELTRIX casting reels are built with powerful brass drive gears and hard-brass pinion gears for maximum longevity and exceptional feel.
